冒険者たちの物語を 共に語ろう――
FFXIV TTRPGは、MMORPG『ファイナルファンタジーXIV』の広大な世界を舞台として、『ファイナルファンタジーXIV』では語られることのない数多の冒険者たちの物語を体験し、会話とサイコロの出目を用いて君たちだけの冒険を作り出す、卓上で遊ぶテーブルトップロールプレイングゲームだ。
ゲーム参加者は物語の進行役であるゲームマスターと、冒険者を操作するプレイヤーに分かれ、協力して新たな冒険譚を紡いでいくことになる。
このゲームでは勝敗を決めるのではなく、ゲームの参加者全員が楽しい時間を共有することこそが目的なのだ。
『FINAL FANTASY XIV TTRPG スタンダードルールブック』には、FFXIV TTRPGを遊ぶための基本的なルールや、自分だけの冒険者を作成するルールが収録されている。

●エオルゼアガイド
冒険の舞台となるエオルゼアの各地域についての簡単な解説を掲載。
●キャラクター作成ルール
ジョブを選ぶことで自動的に決定するステータスやアビリティなどの能力に、オリジナルのプロフィールを組み合わせて君だけの冒険者を簡単に作成可能。ジョブのレベルはスターターセットのLv30、Lv40、Lv50にLv55、Lv60を加えた5段階を用意。
●ジョブデータ
「蒼天のイシュガルド」までに登場する13ジョブのLv60までのデータを掲載。
●様々な遊び方
スターターセットにも掲載されているルールに加えて、アイテムの購入や装備の強化、冒険者の個人的な活動など、物語を彩る様々なルールが追加。
●オリジナルシナリオ(3編)
Lv30、Lv40、Lv50の3段階のレベルの冒険者に向けたオリジナルシナリオを掲載。
