ファイナルファンタジーVII リメイクより、ボードゲームが登場！
『ファイナルファンタジーVII リメイク』に登場するキャラクターがカードになったキャラクターカードを使用し、対戦相手とマテリアを奪いあう対戦型ゲームです。
1対1、もしくは2対2で対戦するタイプのゲームで、カード化された20人のキャラクターの中から自分の使うカードを4枚選び（2対2の場合は各プレイヤー3枚ずつ）それらを使いマテリアを集めていきます。
キャラクターはそれぞれ違う能力を持ち、プレイヤーはキャラクターの能力を駆使して対戦相手と戦っていきます。
キャラクターの能力をうまく駆使することで、単純にマテリアを集めるだけでなく戦略的な楽しみ方をすることができます。
また、強力な効果のスペシャルアクションにより大逆転を狙うことも可能です。
マテリアは5種類あり、相手より獲得枚数が多かったマテリアが自分のものとなります。
自分のものとなったマテリアの種類が多かったプレイヤー（2対2の場合はチーム）が勝利となります。
