■Story
: In a certain place, there stood a mysterious clock tower that had stopped at 11:59—even though it wasn’t broken——

Rubich, a young boy, was consumed by grief after losing his dearest friend, Puperu. However, just as he was about to give up on waiting and move on with his life, he found himself lost in the “Millennium Fortress,” a parallel world that controls time.

In this world where clocks that no longer keep
time are discarded, there stood a mysterious clock tower that, though not broken, had stopped at 11:59. The only way for
Rubitch to return to his original world is to “get this stopped clock tower moving again”—.

As Rubitch, along with his
partner Mofu, investigates the mystery of the clock tower, he eventually meets Gas—a man who has spent 100 years waiting in faith for a promise to be fulfilled—and learns the story of an unfulfilled promise involving Nagi, a plant disguised
as a human.

When
Rubitch regains the “courage to believe” once more, a miracle occurs on Halloween night.
