: Made her voice acting debut in 2015 as Riko Sakurauchi in *Love Live! Sunshine!!*.
She is also active as a member of the school idol group Aqours from the same series.
In addition to voice acting, she has released a photo book and is gaining popularity through her diverse activities.
Aqours’ two-day concert at Tokyo Dome in November 2018 drew a total audience of 150,000 people, including those watching via live viewings both domestically and internationally. She also appeared on the NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen at the end of the year.
In 2019, she announced her long-awaited solo debut. Starting in April, her song “ORDINARY LOVE” was selected as the ending theme for the TV anime *Senryu Shōjo*, in which she also appears.
On June 19, she released her first EP, “Principal,” which debuted at No. 4 on the Oricon Weekly Album Chart.
In November, she released her first single, “for…,” which included the opening theme song for the TV anime *Sen × Koi (Val Love)*—in which she also starred—and debuted at No. 7 on the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart.Her landmark first album, “Curtain raise,” which included these tracks, was released on March 31, 2020, reaching No. 6 on the weekly charts and No. 1 on the daily charts.
Starting in December 2020, she held her first Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka live tour, “Rikako Aida 1st LIVE TOUR 2020-2021 ‘Curtain raise’.” On February 24, 2021, she released her second EP, “Fiction.”
On May 1, 2022, she held a one-night-only solo concert, “Rikako Aida LIVE 2022 ‘The night before Nostalgic’.”
On August 9, 2022, she released her third EP, “Nostalgia.”
On April 4, 2023, she released “Hanauta to Mawari Michi,” the ending theme for the TV anime *Skip and Loafer*, and on September 13, 2023, she released her first mini-album, *Act 2*, which included that song.Furthermore, in October, she held her second Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka live tour, “RIKAKO AIDA LIVE TOUR 2023 ‘Act 2’.”
