原作、ストーリー、キャラクターデザインを鳥山明が手掛ける完全新作アニメシリーズ『ドラゴンボールDAIMA』のオープニング主題歌「ジャカ☆ジャ～ン」とエンディングテーマ「NAKAMA」を収録した作品。
楽曲をプロデュースしたゼッドは次のように語っている：『ドラゴンボール』のために音楽をプロデュースすることを検討してもらえただけでも自分でも信じられないくらい光栄に思います。
小さい頃から作品の大ファンで、まさかそのような作品に携われる日が来るとは思っていませんでした。
テーマソングやスコアを書くのは夢でした。
子供の頃から親しんできた作品のためにこうした音楽制作ができるなんてまるで夢のようです」。
「ジャカ☆ジャ～ン」の作曲・歌唱にはC&K、作詞には森雪之丞が参加し、「NAKAMA」の作詞・歌唱にはAIが参加する等、国を超えたコラボレーションが実現。
