【ストーリー】
第二次世界大戦中に活躍した伝説の大盗賊・ハリマオが残した時価800億ドルの財宝。財宝のありかが隠された三体の像を回収していたルパンは、ハリマオの友人で007のモデルにもなったというイギリス貴族・アーチャー卿＆その孫・ダイアナと残りの像を奪い合うことに。だが、そこに武装カルト集団ネオヒンメンが介入し、事態はあらぬ方向へ!?
