【ストーリー】
ルパン捜査から解任されてしまった銭形警部は、ルパンたちとやけ酒を決めていた。代わりに命じられた武器密売組織ショットシェルの潜入捜査にかこつけて資金強奪を狙うルパンたちは、ロシアの原子力潜水艦イワノフを奪取。ショットシェルに狙われていた核物理学者カレンに操縦を依頼する。だが、カレンにとって次元は父親の仇だった。一触即発の中、銭形の後任となった凄腕の元傭兵キースの猛追が始まる。
