【ストーリー】
1917年にロシア革命によって崩壊したロマノフ王朝。王家の一族は処刑されたとされていたが、皇女アナスタシアのみが無事に渡米したという神話が残っていた。ロマノフ家が恩人に託したとされる500トンの金塊を狙うルパンたちは、手がかりとなる書物を図書館で借りた美女・ジュディを訪ねる。しかしそこに正体不明の2人組が乗り込んできて……。
