オリジナルのスペシャルルールカードを4枚収録し、一味変わった、より一層楽しめる特別なウノです。
■本商品オリジナルのスペシャルルール「五つ子ゲーム」カード4枚入り！！
このカードは手札に「1」「2」「3」「4」「5」カードのいずれかがある時に捨てることができます。
このカードを出す人は、手札の「1」「2」「3」「4」「5」カードから1枚選び、裏向きにして場に置きます。
他の各プレイヤーはそのカードの数字を予想して宣言します。
その後、このカードを出したプレイヤーがカードを表向きにして手札に戻します。
予想が外れたプレイヤーは引き札からカードを5枚引きます。
