～好奇心旺盛な少年“ロビン”はある日偶然、不思議な力を持つ赤い欠片を手に入れました。
欠片の力がロビンの持つゲーム機「ローバーゲーム」に宿ると、それは突然動き出し、ロビンの眼の前に不思議なポータルが開きます。
赤い欠片は全能者の持つ不思議な力を持った帽子の欠片だったのでした。
ロビンはポータルを潜り、30年前に姿を消した“全能者”の足跡をたどる冒険へと出発します～
