第三弾は、宇宙探索の要、宇宙艦や宇宙基地において指揮統制に関連する業務を担うコマンド（司令）部門より、コマンドオフィサーをセレクト。
上陸作戦における陣頭指揮を執るキャプテン（Captain）ランクの女性士官の戦闘シーンを思わせるアクションポーズで立体化。その手には護身用のタイプ2フェイザーと今回の新規造形ガジェットとなる携帯通信機コミュニケーターを手にしており、頼れる船の指揮官らしい凛とした姿はあのカーク船長を思わせます。
台座は、スター・トレックファンにはお馴染みの有名ロケ地”バスケスロック”の岩地の意匠を取り入れ、ファンフェイバリットのエピソードの一つ、第18話『怪獣ゴーンとの対決』」の対決シーンをも呼び起こすジオラマ台座に仕上げました。
