Anna Akechi] is a 14-year-old second-year middle school student living in Makoto Mirai Town! Guided by the fairy [Pochitan], who
appeared on her birthday, and a pendant she found in her room, she time-travels from 2027 to Makoto Mirai City in 1999…
!
There, she meets [Mikuru Kobayashi], a 14-year-old girl who dreams of becoming a famous detective! Just
then, a crime occurs!? It seems someone is in trouble because something precious has been stolen…! Is the [Phantom
Thieves] behind it…!? They
can’t just stand by and watch people suffer…! Driven by that determination, Anna and Mikuru transform into [
Detective Precure]!! Detective Precure will protect everyone’s smiles with their deductive skills!

of finding your own “answer” rather than accepting others’ thoughts as the definitive truth!
■Fun for two generations! Set in the year “1999” after a time slip, a nostalgic adventure awaits…! A
major feature of this work is that the story unfolds as the protagonist time-travels from the present to 1999.
To children in 2026, it appears as a “slightly mysterious world of the past,” while to their parents’ generation, it evokes “nostalgic memories of their youth.”
The Intersection of Analog and Digital: The dawn of the internet and the culture of that era add spice to the story, and that emotional atmosphere
is a major selling point!
■What is the true nature of the mysterious “Cure Arcana Shadow”...!? A
first in Pretty Cure history! Cure Arcana Shadow is a mysterious figure who, despite being a Pretty Cure, stands in the way as an “enemy.”
