専用に開発された銛付きのスピアフィッシング用ウエポンと、ターゲットを水面近くまでおびき寄せるための自動制御メカルアー「マグロス」を駆使し、幻の巨大銀河マグロをゲットすべく熱いバトルを繰り広げるという設定の下、エフェクトパーツ等も付属した特別版で登場です！

VF-31D スクルドのフェイスパーツは3種類。片目隠れのヘアパーツに、特徴的なオッドアイの両目があらわになるヘアパーツも付属します。
スペシャルパーツとして、スピアフィッシング用ウエポンに、自動制御メカルアー「マグロス」、ウエポン発射時のエフェクトパーツが付属します。
