2021年9月に公開されたフル３DCGアニメ映画『リョーマ！The Prince of Tennis 新生劇場版テニスの王子様』の主題歌・劇中歌の7曲をシングルで同時リリース!
全曲、原作者の許斐 剛先生が作詞･作曲を担当。
原作の連載が完結に向かう中、当映画との関係性を許斐先生が自身のX(旧ツイッター)で発信したことで、映画への関心がまた高まりつつあります。
当楽曲は、2つある上映タイプ「Glory」と「Decide」のうち「Decide」で流れた曲で、主人公･越前リョーマに、所属するテニス部部長の手塚国光が寄り添う曲。
また「Glory」で流れる、越前リョーマ&跡部景吾「リョーマの想い 強敵(ライバル)の声」と対になっており、CDには映画では流れなかった後奏部分も収録。
リリース日の10月7日は手塚国光の誕生日でもあり、CDとしては『My Light-THE BEST OF KUNIMITSU TEZUKA SINGLES COLLECTION-』のベストアルバム以来、9年振りのバースデーリリースとなります。
※2021年9月10日にリリースした『『リョーマ！The Prince of Tennis 新生劇場版テニスの王子様』劇中歌シングルBOX[完全生産限定盤]』に収録されていたCDと内容は同じです。
