本体の新規設計箇所として、可動する胸部パーツと目にLED発光ギミックを搭載。
『シン・エヴァンゲリオン劇場版』劇中に合わせた彩色塗装を施し、第13号機との最終決戦シーンを再現できる豊富なオプションパーツが付属。
・全高約25cmの可動フィギュア(肩パーツ含む)
・全身に約50ヶ所の可動ポイントを搭載
・内部フレームはダイキャスト製で、重量感・強度・広い可動域を実現
