Hairstylist Tsukuru and novelist Kiryu are a former couple now living together. They once decided to break up due to differences in lifestyle and values
, but after realizing how much they meant to each other while apart, they’ve been living happily while respecting
one another.
One day, a letter arrives from Kiryu’s mother, prompting the two to start thinking about coming out to their parents. Kiryu hasn’t been able to tell his mother that his partner is a woman due to past events
—so what will Tsukushi do…?

Tsukushi Naruse:
Hairstylist. He has a serious personality and tends to be a bit of a caretaker.She’s the type who can communicate easily with anyone. She and Kiryu are a couple and live together.

Hayasaka Kiryu:
Novelist. Free-spirited and does things at his own pace. He has
a laid-back personality, a wide circle of friends, and loves going out for drinks. He and Tsukushi are a couple and live together.
