☆An OVA series (13 episodes total) produced from 1990 to 1991. This fantasy series depicts the rise and fall of heroes and their adventures set on the cursed island of “Rhodos.”
The music features a rich orchestral sound composed by Mitsuo Hagita, who also worked on popular titles such as *Mobile Suit Gundam 0083* and *Giant God Goug*.
☆The first soundtrack album includes not only the original score but also the opening theme “Adèsso e Fortuna ~Flame and Eternity~” (lyrics and music by Akino Arai), sung by Sherry, and the ending theme “Fantasia of the Wind,” also sung by Sherry!
☆Furthermore, after more than 35 years, a completely new spin-off*The Chronicles of the War of the Roses: Queen of the Dead*, is being released as a webtoon (vertical-scrolling digital comic) on “LINE Manga” and
“ebookjapan” starting July 31. On its first day of release, it reached No. 1 on LINE Manga’s overall rankings, drawing renewed attention.
