TVアニメ「夏目友人帳」×「八女提灯」のコラボレーションアイテム「ニャンコ先生 八女提灯 椿」の登場です。
椿の花々に囲まれたニャンコ先生をデザインに落とし込み、作品の世界観をより身近に感じられるようにしました。
八女提灯は、約200年の伝統を誇る経済産業省指定伝統的工芸品に指定されており、その伝統を守りながら職人の手仕事で作られている逸品です。
提灯は、今のように電気が普及するまで、日本の多くの家庭で使われていました。
今は灯りとしてだけではなく、装飾やインテリアとしても広く用いられています。
