平安時代に「思ひの色」と呼ばれ、恋心をあらわしたという緋色。
「百花の王」にふさわしい絢爛さと、恥じらいや誠実さをあわせ持つ牡丹。
藤ちょこ氏が紡いだ幻想的な和の世界を、精巧に表現しました。
作品を象徴する大きな緋色の和傘は、整然と並ぶ骨組みや煌びやかに舞う金の蝶など、細部まで精巧な出来栄え。
気品あるピンクのグラデーションを施した牡丹も、花の角度や位置にこだわり、今まさにこぼれ落ちようとする儚く美しい瞬間を捉えています。
金、銀、赤のバングカラー、エメラルドグリーンの瞳、ほんのり染まった頬。柔らかに微笑む表情は、イラストのニュアンスを汲み仕上げました。
