Due to its popularity, we’ve decided to re-release it!!
"Heavy Armor Soldier Raynos," a Mega Drive-exclusive title, was released in 1990 as a 2D side-scrolling action-shooting game.It was highly praised for its
combination of action—controlling your own mech, "Reynos"—and strategy, as you acquire and select from a variety of weapons to clear stages, as well as for its strong narrative, featuring dialogue between the pilot and other characters throughout the game.As a
variation of the currently available "AS-5E3 Raynos (Protagonist's Mech)," we are releasing a ground combat variant. The dark yellow color scheme, identical to the player's mech in "Heavy Armor Valken,
" is reproduced using molded colors.
Furthermore, new equipment includes the "50mm Assault Launcher" featured in the game, a "Shield" of the same type as Valken’s, and dedicated ground combat parts for the head and leg units, all included as newly molded parts.
*Note: The 12.7mm Gatling gun included with the "Protagonist's Machine" is not included. *This is a re-release
of the March 2012 product featuring a "Renewal Ver." with updated packaging and materials.
