From the brand “Charaditional Toy,” based on the concept of “Characters × Japanese Tradition,” the characters from “My Hero Academia” are now available as hanafuda cards!
This product features a high-quality back-lamination finish by Oishi Tengudō, a long-established shop in Kyoto founded in the 12th year of the Kansei era (1800).The exquisite “curvature” visible on each card is a testament to the traditional craftsmanship passed down from the Edo period, achieved by carefully applying adhesive with a brush.
Enjoy these 48 original-design hanafuda cards, which offer a unique texture and feel distinct from machine-cut products.
We have also provided an original wooden box to store the hanafuda cards. While it serves as a hanafuda case, it can also be used for a variety of purposes—such as a business card holder or a small item organizer—depending on your creativity.
・The slight “warping” seen in the hanafuda cards is a natural result of the traditional adhesive application method.
・Due to the nature of wooden products, individual wooden boxes may vary slightly in grain pattern and texture.
