・ヒューマロイドモード時：頭頂高約200mm ファイターモード時：全幅約425mm。
・各関節可動。変形と高いアクション性を両立。
・大張正己氏による最新設定画稿をベースに立体化。
・ファイターモード、ヒューマロイドモードへの2段変形が可能。
ファイターモード状態でディスプレイ可能な専用スタンドが付属。
・2種の胸部装甲が付属。フラットな状態と黒騎士隊エンブレムが施されたタイプの選択式。
・頭部は2バージョン付属。
従来のTV版デザインベースのものと、大張氏デザインによるマスク下に人型フェイスが造形されたタイプの選択式。
・新装備として、大張氏デザインによるスピアが付属。各形態時にそれぞれ装備可能。

別売りの「THE合体 HAGANE WORKS ダンクーガ」と合体し「ファイナルダンクーガ」が完成！ファイナルダンクーガ時：全高約390mm。
・合体状態でブラックウイングの機首を左右に展開することで「ファイナル断空砲」発射形態を再現可能。
・専用武器「断空光牙剣」が付属。通常の断空剣より一回り刀身が大きく、刃はクリアレッド仕様。
・THE合体オリジナルギミック！専用ディスプレイとの組み合わせにより、アルティメットダンクーガとブラックウイングのコンビネーション武装が可能。
