☆An OVA series (13 episodes total) produced from 1990 to 1991. This fantasy series depicts the rise and fall of heroes and their adventures set on the cursed island of “Rhodos.”
The music features a rich orchestral sound composed by Mitsuo Hagita, who also worked on popular titles such as *Mobile Suit Gundam 0083* and *Giant God Goug*.
☆In addition to the original soundtrack, this third soundtrack album includes “KNIGHT OF LODOSS ~Song of the Wind~,
” sung by voice actor Tsuyoshi Kusao, who played the protagonist Parn, “ETERNITY,” composed and performed by Akino Arai, and the insert song for the final episode, “Wind, Birds, and Sky ~reincarnation~,” for which she wrote both the lyrics and music!
☆Furthermore, after more than 35 years, a completely new spin-off*The Chronicles of the War of the Roses: The Queen of the Dead*—a completely new spin-off—began streaming on July 31 as a webtoon (vertical-scrolling digital comic) on “LINE Manga” and “ebookjapan.” On its first day of release, it reached No. 1 on LINE Manga’s overall rankings, drawing renewed attention.
