■時は戦国時代。
由緒正しいヒラ忍者の家に生まれた乱太郎は、戦で両親を亡くしながらもたくましく生きているきり丸、堺の豪商の息子であるしんべヱ達とともに、忍術学園で立派な忍者になるため、「忍者のたまご=忍たま」として日々勉強していた。
だけど乱太郎達三人組は、授業も試験も失敗ばかり。
そこに忍術学園の変わった先生やくの一の女の子達、個性的な上級生達も加わって、いつもドタバタな日常が訪れる。
そんな乱太郎達の毎日は"明るく楽しくゆかい"なのだ!
