旧・鷹の団の紋章を使用し、「鷹の団」の英字、グリフィスのセリフを英字に起こしたデザインにしております。
商品名に使用している「決別」は、デザインで使用しているセリフのシーンがメインとなる話のタイトルです。
魔物になる前のグリフィス最後のシーンとなっております。
ラフなシルエットで、刺繍が施されたリッチな仕上がりの刺繍ブルゾンです。
