「古そうで新しい、だけど少し古臭いソフビ怪獣シリーズ」をコンセプトに、数々の怪獣をデフォルメデザインで立体化したミドルサイズシリーズ ゴジラEX【第9弾】として、完全新規造形にて登場する「ゴジラ（2004）」と、尻尾が新造形となっている「ゴジラ（2016）凍結」の全4種が新たに登場！
シリーズを通じ全高13cmほどで、手のひらに収まる集めやすいサイズで、ノスタルジーさを感じさせてくれる、どことなく「昭和レトロ」を感じるレトロ調のデフォルメが施された、ソフビ好き・怪獣好きに送るコレクションシリーズ。

クリア成形の上からホワイトで塗装することで、雪や氷のような冷たい質感を表現。
部分的に吹かれたアイスシルバーが、更に冷たい質感を高めます。
尻尾の先端も抜かりなく塗装を施し、非常に美しいバランスで、ゴジラ凍結×氷という、斬新かつイメージにはピッタリなソフビに仕上がっています。
