DIOが身に着けるジャケットやベルトのカラーリングを、様々な天然石とガラスビーズを組み合わせて絶妙に表現しました。DIOらしい、ハート型の大きなガラスビーズが目を引くデザインです。ビーズとビーズの間には、ザ・ワールドの時を止める能力を思わせる歯車のモチーフや、DIOの腕輪をイメージしたリングパーツを盛り込んでいます。サイドのメタルパーツには、ハートモチーフや歯車、ザ・ワールドの手甲など、DIOを象徴するモチーフをあしらっています。
