TVアニメ『黒執事 -寄宿学校編-』×「George Cox」のコラボレーションアイテム「GEORGE COX コラボ 3588 SKIPTON 「黒執事 -寄宿学校編-」シエル・ファントムハイヴ モデル」の登場です。
「SKIPTON3588」は、「クラシッククリーパー」とも呼ばれ、イングランド発祥の世界的ブーツブランド「GEORGE COX」の代名詞であり、定番モデルの1つです。
VI番クレープソールを採用したモデルを指し、ラウンドトゥのデザインと、甲部分の3列のろう引きした綿の丸紐を手作業で編み込んで作ったバスケット風のインターレースが特徴です。
グッドイヤーウェルト製法で作られた、厚みのあるクレープソールが他の靴にはないインパクトと独特の重量感があります。
今回は作品のメインキャラクターの一人、シエル・ファントムハイヴをイメージしたカラーリングのスペシャルな一足となっています。
インソールにはファントムハイヴ家の紋章と、シエルの名台詞「命令だセバスチャン お前は僕の剣となり盾となれ 僕に勝利を!」を英字でデザインしております。
「黒執事」の舞台である19世紀末の英国、そのほぼ同時代に創業され、英国のユースカルチャーの中で愛され続けた、「George Cox」との「英国」が繋いだコラボレーションとなります。
