After receiving your order, be sure to thoroughly wash both the inside and outside of the glass with dish soap.
*Before washing, you may notice a slight white haze on the glass or printed areas. This is a residue from the printing process that will come off
when washed. It is not a scratch, so please use the glass with confidence.
• Scratches can make the glass more prone to breakage. Please handle with care.
• Do not use in the microwave or oven. Sudden temperature changes may cause the glass to break.
• Please exercise extreme caution when washing the inside of the glass. (Applying force and twisting the glass from the inside while washing may cause it to break, resulting in unexpected injury.)
• Please avoid using a dishwasher, as the printed areas may fade. Please wash by hand gently using a sponge or similar item. ・Do not use sponges containing
abrasives, metal scouring pads, or scouring powders, as these can damage the glass or the printed design.
・You may notice wrinkles on the glass surface known as “chill marks” (wrinkles that occur during the cooling phase of the molding process).
・Fine scratches, air bubbles, warping, or black spots resulting from the printing process may be visible in any of the printed areas.
*Please note that based on our company’s and the manufacturer’s standards, the above conditions are considered within the product’s specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding in advance
. This product is printed one at a time on plain glass after an order is placed. Since the print is not applied as a sticker, it will not peel off easily just from washing; please use it with confidence.
