アッシュ・リンクス、奥村英二のイラストをボタニカルモチーフに落とし込み、やわらかいタッチで描き起こし、エンディングアニメーションのライ麦畑をイメージした麦の柄にアッシュと英二のデフォルメされたイラストをそっと添えたデザインに仕上げました。
パスケースにはエンディングの印象的なシーンもデザインしております。
表面には「BANANA FISH 」のタイトルが型押し加工されています。
