Rie Takahashi's 1st Album "Amplifier" Set for Release!
Voice actress Rie Takahashi, known for her roles as Ai in *[My Favorite Child]* and Emilia in *Re:Zero—Starting Life in Another World*,—voice actress Rie Takahashi, who has starred
in numerous popular works, will release
her long-awaited 1st
album as an artist on February 24, 2027, via Pandora Pops, a new label under Sony Music.Amid her daily life bringing various roles to life as a voice actress, there are things she simply must
express in her own words—feelings she cannot help but convey—and this album
amplifies the sparks of emotion that have taken root in her heart. With her one-of-a-kind voice set to emotional songs, this album—a testament to her determination—
loudly heralds the beginning of the second chapter of her career as an artist.
"The lead track, ‘Hajimari no Hi,’ depicts the primal impulse that began with believing in herself, as well as her strong will to ‘get back up again and again, even when it feels like she’s about to give up.’It was produced by Keita Tanaka, who has been involved with Rie Takahashi’s music from the start. Created in collaboration with Gorō Miyazaki, this track features exhilarating and emotional
guitar riffs, with her unadorned, sincere vocals resonating directly with the listener’s heart."
