■Synopsis:
The Gidrons are ants that have evolved highly advanced intelligence through mutation. Using their superior scientific capabilities to manufacture numerous insect robots, they capture humans, shrink them to their own size, and create microscopic warriors imbued with insect characteristics. These are the Microids.
Three such Microids—Yanma, Ageha, and Mamezou—risked their lives to escape into the human world to warn of the threat posed by the Gidrons. However, no one believed their warnings. Things even got so bad that some humans began plotting to exploit the Microids for their own gain.Though Yanma and his companions were on the verge of despair, Dr. Mitoro and his son, Manabu—whom they met by chance—were the only ones who believed in the existence of the Gydrons and promised to help. Having gained these reliable allies, Yanma and his companions secretly began their microscopic battle to defeat the Gydrons, who were plotting to destroy humanity!
