Tokyo-based alternative rock band “Am Amp” has announced the release of their mini-album *A/A*!
Following a hiatus in March 2026, the band made a striking comeback in August as the second-generation Am Amp—
and now, their first mini-album under this new lineup is finally set for release!
The album features a total of eight tracks, including the lead single “Stick a Safety Pin in My Heart,” which generated a huge response on YouTube immediately after its release and has already surpassed 900,000 views.
This release, which more deeply reconstructs the identities of vocalist Sugar and bassist Motoharu Yazawa and sublimates their unique worldview into an edgy alternative rock sound, is a highly anticipated album that challenges the rock scene with a one-of-a-kind, overwhelming presence.
