バンドリ！プロジェクトの新たなバンドとして始動したMyGO!!!!!より、6th Singleのリリースが決定。表題曲「聿日箋秋」はTVアニメ『BanG Dream! Ave Mujica』最終話の挿入歌。そのタイトル通り、まさにしたためられているのは互いの道を歩んでいくための別れとエールであり、軽快なグルーヴの中にセンチメンタルが滲むドラマチックなロックナンバーとなっている。カップリングにはインディー・ロックの雰囲気漂う「掌心正銘」が収録される。
Blu-ray付生産限定盤のDisc1には、2024年12月に日比谷公園大音楽堂にて開催されたMyGO!!!!! 7th LIVE「こたえなんてなくても」の模様を収録。
ロックの聖地で鳴らされた音、さんざめく声、照らす光。その一つ一つが真冬の夜空に響き渡る迷い星の叫びとなった一瞬を、何度でも感じることができる内容となっている。
同じくDisc2には、スタジオで収録されたライブ「MyGO!!!!! Extra Studio Live」を収録。7th LIVEで初披露された2曲をフルメンバーで改めて楽しめる特別仕様となっている。
