「AF_KURO＆MAX FACTORY＆千値練」の強力タッグによるアクションフィギュアシリーズ『少女発動機 MOTORED CYBORG RUNNER』。

イラストレーターAF_KURO氏が、内燃機関を搭載したサイボーグ達によるストリート・レーシングシーンを描いた企画『少女発動機』より、新たなカラーのモータードボディが登場。
「PSYCHEDELIC RUSH」は原色・蛍光色をランダムに全身へと施した、ウルトラビビットなカラースキーム。
今までのシリーズ同様に脚部や主要箇所には一部ダイキャストを使用し、メカニカルかつ柔軟な可動ギミックを実現。モータードボディのイメージをより鮮烈に立体へと落とし込みました。走行シーンをはじめとしたアクションも自然に決まります。
