世界トップクラスの量産車として親しまれたトヨタ・カローラ/スプリンター。古くからDOHCエンジンを載せたスポーツモデルはレビン/トレノとして別格に扱われていましたが、1983年登場のAE85/86系ではレビン/トレノの名は2ドア、3ドアのボディ形状を総称するかたちに進化しました。
1987年まで販売されたAE85/86系は最後のFR駆動モデルとして、現在でも非常に高い人気を誇っています。TLV-NEOでは、2023年に2ドアのレビンを製品化しましたが、このほど新仕様を製品化いたします。
1985年のマイナーチェンジ以降の後期型は、フロントグリルやバンパー、テールランプの変更がメインですが、オプションのスポーツパッケージを選択するとリアスポイラー、サイドマッドガードなどが装着され、見た目にも大きくイメージが変わります。
N284cは前期型に設定されたツートーンのうち銀/黒としました。今となっては新鮮なノーマル仕様のたたずまいにも注目ください。
