TVアニメ『新世紀エヴァンゲリオン』の放送当時にガレージキットとして発売された、造形師 松村しのぶ制作によるエヴァンゲリオン初号機。
原典デザインを尊重しつつ生物的要素という大胆なアレンジを取り入れ、筋肉の表現や情報量を削ぐことなく切り詰めて成立させた使徒のベースなど、様々な要素が詰め込まれた傑作造形作品です。
プラキット化にあたり原型を3Dデータに置き換え全高約230mmにリサイズし、松村しのぶ自身がリファインしています。装甲が剥がれ剥き出しになった胸筋とプログレッシブナイフを持つ手が付属します。
プラキットとして新生し好評を博した本商品が、エヴァンゲリオン放映30周年の節目の年に再生産です！
