マスク、ラング、変身ベルトの特徴的なディテールを細部にわたって完全再現。
仮面ライダー本郷猛の体格を再現する為に素体から作り起こし、完全手彫りのしわでスーツのを着用している感を演出しています。
コート、マフラーは布製で再現し本編カラーグレーディング(色彩補正)に合わせた「拘りの彩色」を歴戦の仮面ライダーの大ファンである海洋堂造形師・BOME が担当。ノスタルジックな劇中の印象を現実世界へ呼び起こします。
