彩色済み完成品モデル「コスモフリートスペシャル（C.F.SP）」に「宇宙戦艦ヤマト2202Ver.」をウェザリングモデル塗装で再現し再発進！
戦艦本体デザインは『宇宙戦艦ヤマト2202 愛の戦士たち』の設定画に準拠。
全長約160mmのボディは各種砲台が旋回し、安定翼も差し替えで再現可能となっております。
今回も初版同様にヤマトの名シーンとして名高い「アステロイドリング」が付属。
2種のスタンドパーツにて好みのディスプレイが楽しめます。
またリニューアルされた本製品にはプロモデラー清水圭氏によりウェザリング塗装依頼し再現しております。
