反政府組織「袖付き」に所属し、MS「クシャトリヤ」を駆る女性パイロットであるマリーダは、episode 7「虹の彼方に」でも多くのファンに強烈な印象を残した。
原型をキバヤシノリオ氏が、彩色をTc氏が手がける本アイテムは、その劇中のイメージを忠実に立体再現。さらに、パッケージデザインもリニューアルされ、当時買い逃した人はもちろん、すでに入手している人も見逃せないアイテムとなっている。
