Kazutake Odaka, creator of the *Danganronpa* series, and Kotaro Uchikoshi, known for the *Extreme Escape* series and more, teamed up for the first time to create *HUNDRED LINE -Ultimate Defense Academy-*, an adventure game and strategy RPG centered on “extreme” and “despair,” released in April 2025 for PC (Steam®) and Nintendo Switch™*HUNDRED LINE -Final Defense Academy-*, a game blending “extreme” and “despair,” was released in April 2025 for PC (Steam®) and Nintendo Switch™. The unique worldview
characteristic of Kazutaka Kodaka and Kotaro Uchikoshi, their vivid character portrayals, and an astonishing 100 different endings generated significant buzz. In addition to high ratings on Steam® User Reviews,it has garnered high acclaim both domestically and internationally, including a nomination for Best Storytelling at the “Golden Joystick Awards 2025” and the Excellence Award in the Game of the Year category at the “Japan Game Awards 2025.”
The extreme selection theater production *HUNDRED LINE -Ultimate Defense Academy-*, based on the original game, adapts the story of the “First 100 Days” and the nine story branches leading to the “Unraveling the Truth Arc,
” “Restart Arc,” and “Farewell to Aotsuki Arc” for the stage.

Using expressions unique to the stage, this unprecedented production unfolds a total of 10 distinct storylines. It
depicts a 100-day war of “extreme” challenges and “despair,” featuring multiple endings and the 15 characters of the “Special Defense Force,” each with their own distinctive quirks. We invite you to witness
the conclusion for yourself at the theater.

★Story
: Takumi Sumino, the protagonist, was living an ordinary life in the “Tokyo Housing Complex.” His peaceful days spent
with family and childhood friends are suddenly and completely shattered by the appearance of an unknown assailant.

Awoken to the supernatural power known as “Gakuryoku” by a mysterious creature calling itself “SIREI,” Takumi narrowly escapes the crisis using his
newly unleashed weapon, the “Gakuryoku Sword.” However, he is
subsequently forced to “transfer” to the “Ultimate Defense Academy,” a school engulfed in an “unquenchable flame.”

Fifteen students have been gathered at the academy.
The mission conveyed by “SIREI” is to defend the school for 100 days against the approaching enemy, the “Invaders,” and save humanity.

The school life of these 15 students
—appointed to the “Special Defense Force”—filled with “extreme challenges” and “despair,” now begins—
