Production Committee The wildly popular shōjo manga “To You, in Full Bloom” is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its serialization.
It will be adapted into its first TV anime series in January 2026, with the first season consisting of 12 episodes.
The second season will begin airing in July.

The original manga by Hisaya Nakajo was serialized in *Hana to Yume*
(Hakusensha) from 1996 to 2004, and the series has sold over 17 million copies in total.This school story centers on Mizuki Ashiya, a girl who transfers from the
U.S. to a boys’ school while pretending to be a boy
in
order to meet her crush, Izumi Sano. It has been adapted into dramas not only in Japan but throughout Asia, and even 20 years
after the series ended, it continues to enjoy enduring popularity.

In Season 2, the show carefully portrays the romantic entanglements of Mizuki, Sano, and Nakatsu through popular episodes from the original manga
, such as the school trip and the dance party.
Furthermore, with the appearance of Sano’s younger brother, Mori, and professional photographer Akiba Hara—a junior of Umeda’s—
