温泉が湧き出る海辺の街・熱海。小さなクリーニング店を営む金目綿花奈（きんめわかな）さんは、明るくて働き者で温泉が大好きな女の子。彼女と彼女を巡る人々が織りなす、ひきこもごもストーリー、始まります。
熱海にあるキンメクリーニングは、店主の金目綿花奈の丁寧な仕事ぶりが評判の店だ。
金目さん自身も洗濯が大好きで、どんな汚れにも「金目にお任せください！」と、真摯に向き合っている。
そんな中、母親の代わりに洗濯物を持っていた高校生の毬祥の革靴までも気になってしまう金目さん…。
