『ヴァンピレラ』1/8スケール ホセ・ゴンザレス エディション プラスチックモデルキット

ホセ・ゴンザレスが描いたヴァンピレラのコミック第19号『スーパースペシャル・イシュー』のカバーアートを基に、プラスチックモデルとして精密に再現しました。その艶やかな眼差しと堂々としたポーズで描かれた彼女は、おそらく最も代表的で印象的な“ヴァンピレラ”です。
ホセ・ゴンザレスは1969年に初めてヴァンピレラをデザインし、その後数々のデザインを行いました。今回のイメージの基となった『スーパースペシャル・イシュー』で掲載されたアートでは、ヴァンピレラの実際のモデルとしてキャロル・デ・ハロを起用。70年代を通じてカバーやコミックストリップに登場することになります。
プラスチックモデルキットでは、髪の一本一本や繊細な筋肉の動き、ヴァンピレラが伸ばした手の上に乗っているヴァンパイアバットに至るまで、細かくディテールで再現しました。
さらにベースの足元には沢山の髑髏や骨の山を配置。よく見るとそれは人間の頭蓋骨ではなく、それぞれに牙があるヴァンパイアの頭蓋骨だと分かります。
